3.1 Definition and Utility of the ACP Token

The ACP token is a BEP-20 utility token deployed on the BNB Smart Chain. Its functions include:

  • Payment for Compute Services: Developers, AI startups, and enterprises use ACP tokens to access distributed GPU resources.

  • Contributor Rewards: Tokens are issued to both Prime Mining participants and staking users.

  • Governance Rights: Token holders meeting a set threshold can participate in project voting (future DAO system).

  • Collateral for Compute Provision: Token staking can act as a guarantee for temporarily allocating GPU resources.

ACP functions as more than a digital asset—it is the operational backbone of the decentralized compute ecosystem.
